Who Is WedEscapes?
WedEscapes offers elegant micro wedding and elopement packages at private wedding/event venues for couples desiring to be married, but can not afford, or do not desire, an expensive or large wedding and reception. Our micro weddings are accommodate no more than 23 guests. The setting at most of the venues will be outside at privately owned vacation homes, beaches, parks or in outdoor country settings, which are managed by our premiere partner, TGI Property Management & Consulting, LLC, who manages a portfolio of vacations rentals throughout South Carolina including; Charleston, Columbia and Greenwood.
WedEscapes is a one stop shopping place for all things weddings from start to finish. Our primary business is to design and conduct micro weddings and elopements. What is unique, is that we are able to conduct multiple micro weddings each day at one location by scheduling 2 to 3 hour time slots for each wedding, depending on services selected. Our micro wedding packages range from 0 - 23 guests and range in price depending upon options selected.

Our micro weddings include standard and ala cart services including; flowers (bridal bouquet and boutonniere) , two tier wedding cake, sparking cider toast, photography, videography, wedding officiant, and limousine.

About the Owners
The owners of WedEscapes, Dennis and Tandra Jones, eloped in Las Vegas in 2019 in order to skip the pain and agony of planning an expensive wedding that they did not want to wait for and that they could not afford. The owners are firm believers in the sanctity, unity and benefits of marriage. As a result, they founded WedEscapes, which is designed to serve couples who are looking for, quick, elegant, affordable and pain free options for their wedding in the beautiful State of South Carolina.
The COVID-19 pandemic restricted and limited couples from planning large indoor weddings. Based on the sanctity of the institution of marriage and the belief that everyone should have the opportunity for a sacred and elegant wedding event compatible with their budget, WedEscapes offers elegant micro-weddings (an intimate wedding for no more than 23 guests) and elopement packages at an affordable price in Charleston, South Carolina.
Accommodations
"The Lord's House Vacation Rental & Retreat" - This elegant retreat is just 15/20 minutes away from historic downtown Charleston and area beaches. The home is located in Hanahan, which is nestled between Summerville, Goose Creek and North Charleston and only 5 minutes from each city. "The Lord's House" is beautifully and tastefully decorated and offers a peaceful environment. It's a place of rest, relaxation, restoration and refuge with many smart home features. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and is a great place to relax, meditate and reflect.
The patio is adorned with a white pergola with lights and a great view of the beautifully landscaped backyard garden.
The front entrance has beautiful new porcelain tile in the foyer after you walk through the beautifully designed iron scroll patterned entry door. Downstairs boasts a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast nook with table and chairs for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances, and every small appliance desired, including; Instant Pot, Air Fryer, slow cooker, toaster, Keurig, Braun Coffee pot, toaster, Nutribullet, four slice toaster with bun warmer, etc. The dining room table seats 6 and is open to the Tuscan styled living room, which has a leather sofa and oversize chair with ottoman. There is a writing desk and chair located in the living room. The living room, kitchen and dining room floors are beautifully stained concrete. The half bath is located downstairs off the foyer.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in the home. The 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located upstairs and furnished with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. The main bedroom is adorned by a three tiered tray ceiling above the Roman columned bed. The en suite bathroom has a garden tub, a separate shower, a double sink vanity and an enclosed water closet. The second bedroom is large and includes an alcove sitting area. A second upstairs bathroom is located in the hallway and shared by the second and third bedrooms.
